Midwest DirtFest is a grassroots effort but each year we invite partners to help us achieve our goal of constant mprovement.
Your support allows us to keep costs low for spectators and participants while still providing the best experience possible. We take great pride in our event and your participation is an honor at any level. With your help we can continue to make Midwest DirtFest the best off road event in the Midwest!
$2000 tier one sponsorship
– Company name on all Midwest DirtFest merchandise including but not limited to event shirts, number plates, banners and trophies
– Unlimited company banners/signs on and around the track
– Large 10×20 vendor space with display vehicle
– Social Media tags and mentions
– Early access to all photos taken by our media team
– Company name mentioned throughout the day by our event announcers
$500 tier two sponsorship
– Company name on back of the event tee shirt
– One sign on or around track
– Small 10×10 vendor space or upgrade to large 10×20 space with display vehicle for an extra $100
– A minimum of one tag and mention on social media
Prize sponsorship
– Prize/prizes displayed each day in our event booth – A minimum of one tag and mention on social media
Event vendor
– $250 large booth 10×20 with a display vehicle
– $150 small booth 10×10
– Booths can be setup on our vendor row Friday morning through Sunday morning
